Valkyrie Page

I've got a series of small illustrated mythological encylcopedias on my mind, so this would be a sample layout for my Valkyrie page. The Valkyrie (Fallen Carriers) are beings in Norse mythology that carry warriors who have died in battle to Valhalla (Hall of the Fallen).

Most classical depictions of Valkyrie portray them as valiant golden goddesses swooping down on winged horses. I found the actual myth to be a little more somber, concentrating mostly on how Valkyrie sent their messengers, Wolves and Ravens, to eat the dead and regurgitate the remains into Valhalla. So, I decided to go with a mix of both points of view and this is what I came up with.
